What's included?
Pre-session
At least a week before your appointment, I ask for all your course materials - plans, content, handouts - to be sent across to me. This enables me to have a thorough understanding of your chosen exercises and their current progression
The session itself
Content development sessions usually last around 3 hours (with breaks as needed!). We meticulously go through your aims for each element and work through each class, resource and member involved to push each aspect to it's fullest potential.
Post-session
Within a week following your session, you will receive a guided template containing your final goals, and our agreed stages to reach them. This enables you to tweak and develop your content over time while still ensuring your aims will still be achieved.
