Content development
Enhance your course offerings with a goal oriented approach that prioritises your clients' success. Each session is meticulously designed to equip participants with the essential skills they need to thrive. By focusing on practical outcomes, you can ensure that every learner leaves feeling empowered and ready to tackle their challenges.
For courses up to 6 weeks in length. Based on content already being delivered which is sent to me to become familiar with beforehand. 3 hour in-depth planning session to create content that you are comfortable and confident delivering.

Teaching developments - class observations
Our observation service offers a comprehensive evaluation of single classes or full courses, focusing on key areas such as class management, volunteer engagement, layout optimisation, demonstration techniques, and content delivery. Following the observation, you are provided detailed feedback in a separate appointment emphasising your successes and empowering you to implement changes to positively impact your clients. Together, we can enhance your teaching effectiveness and create a more enriching learning environment.
For each option, one class of the course is observed in-person, with any following classes being recorded to watch virtually, followed by a virtual feedback session.

Teaching developments - individualised training
If you have an area for development highlighted through observation, or already know an area of your course or teaching that you would like developmental support with, this can be catered for on an individual basis.
